Where can I find your prices?
All of our prices can be found on our website. Please create an account with us to have access to them.
How do I sign up to your website?
You can create an account or log in to a previously existing account using the button at the top right of our home page!
What is the expiry date for ‘x’ product?
To enquire about expiry dates please contact us via phone, email, or social media. One of our colleagues will be able to assist you.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order on our website is £250.
Do you offer free delivery and how much do I have to spend to get free delivery?
Yes, we do. We offer free delivery on orders above £750* excluding VAT (UK Mainland Only). However, certain regions may include a surcharge.
Do I get charged when I enter my card details?
No, you don’t. We take your card details in order to process your order.
How do I make a payment?
Once you have placed your order, we will pick your goods, forward the proforma invoice to you, and then take your payment.
We accept either bank transfers or card payments over the telephone, where you can get an e-receipt via email once the payment clears.
Once the payment has cleared, we will send you a final VAT Invoice, before dispatching your order at the next available opportunity.
How do I hear about new and restocked products coming in?
To hear about any new products we have coming in, or old products we are getting restocked, please sign up to our Newsletter.

Is it possible to order online and collect my order?
Yes, you can collect. Once you’ve put your order through on our website, contact us on 01908 366633 to discuss collection.
I have received my order but some of the products are damaged, what should I do?
If you have received your order and some of the products are damaged, please get in touch with us via email.
In your email please include your order number, the product names, pictures of the damage, and the number of units you ordered.
What do you sell?
We stock a huge variety of popular products and brands from all over the world! You can find plenty of great foods on our site.
We specialise in Asian and African groceries, American drinks and candy, and much more!
We also have a selection of our own brands for sale. Please have a browse through our site to explore all of our products.
I am an International customer; can I use my own transport agency to collect?
Yes, you can. You can collect and pick up your order at the depo with your transport agency.

Do you have a list of what you supply?
We do not have a full list of our products as we are regularly getting new products in, but all of our stocked products are on our site.

Our deliveries vary every week so we are not able to say for certain, however you can find out what is coming in via our newsletter.

Do I need to have a business to purchase from you?
Yes, you do. However, if you are looking to buy products for personal consumption, head over to our sister company, American Food Mart.
They sell many of the same products we do at a retail level.
